General Homework Information

Homework is set on Fridays and includes the following:

 

Computer based tasks 

  • My Maths activity
  • Spelling shed activity

Reading with an adult​​​​​​​

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Phonics books will be sent home weekly (ZPD books when phonics programme has been completed.)
  • Sharing books will be sent home weekly.

CLICS and LearnIts

These will be sent home on a Friday.  Please your children by reviewing any errors with them - this support is greatly appreciated.

Spelling Books

The Spelling Books contain 5 or 6 words from the focus set weekly on Spelling Shed, The children will be assessed on these spellings on Thursdays and the results are in their books so that you can see how they are getting on. The spelling book should be in your child's book bag so that they can practice at home and school.
