Maths 

Parents please talk through the following problems. These 2 activities challenge the children's reasoning skills. Remind them they can use practical objects or draw pictures to support solving the problems. 

Miss Harries is missing teaching you Science and has asked me to pass on some activities to you. Today she would like you to think back to when I asked you to draw plants and flowers in your garden, can you choose your favourite one but this time label it to turn your picture into a diagram. Can you use the words petals, stem, leaves and roots?
