Good morning. This week is National well being week. We will carry on with our curriculum objectives alongside some activities linked to our well being.
Year 2 are starting a new topic on statistics today but to link well being to our Maths and PE session I would like children in Year1 to do this maths activity today too. Watch the explantation video then watch my video about what I'd like you to do.

It is also national Story telling week, so we are starting our new class text.
Look at the front cover of our new book discuss the questions on the question sheet with an adult and then write down your thoughts.
Write a short paragraph about what you think the book is about.
PSHE
As this week is well being week there will be activities linked to this all week. Today I would like you think about what makes you happy, it could be seeing a family member, having a special treat, going out on your bike, have pizza for tea, watching your favourite football team or absolutely anything.
Draw a picture of the thing that makes you happy and I will try and guess what it is.
