Tuesday

Have you done some exercise yet this week? If not, try to get out and get your heart rate up. I have set myself the challenge of trying to do 10 skateboard tricks in a row without falling. It is proving to be a tough challenge and really good exercise to start out the day. What challenge could you try to do each morning that would get you up and at it?

PSHE: Optimism in testing times

A lot has happened over the past couple of months and as you all look forwards there will be more changes happening as you come towards the end of your time at Scotby School.

Over the next few weeks I would like to look at those changes and to think about how you can face them with a positive and optimistic outlook.

In this first lesson we will think about how school has changed over the past months and the need for an optimistic outlook.
