Welcome back! I hope you all have had a wonderful Easter holiday, even if it is not what we expected. It is the start of the Summer Term and the start of our new topic – what is hero?
It’s with Joe! As always, I’ll be starting my day with Joe; 9:00- 9:30 live on his YouTube channel.
Lots of you have been really engaged with Spelling Shed over the last few weeks, it’s lovely to see! We are looking at some new words on there this week, take a look and see how many honey pots you can collect.
I have set some of you My Maths activities. If you haven’t got an activity, I’d like you to watch this video linked below and complete the worksheet to go with it. Don’t worry if you can’t print the sheet out, just work out the answers on a sheet of paper. You can ask a parent to email me your work; if not, the answers are there for you to check your work.
Please go to summer term, lesson 1 – find three quarters.
You can also practise your times tables by spending some time on TT Rockstars today. Can you beat my score?
You’ve stepped through a door in a tree into a new world. Write a story about what you find. Please email me a photo of your story, I’d love to read them.
Spend some time reading today, you can read or listen to someone else read. David Walliams will be reading from 11am on his website.
You can also find many books to read on the Oxford Owl website, details of how to log in are on the top of the class page website.
Can you pick a flower from the garden (with parent permission) and draw it? If you don’t have flowers in your garden, you could always search for photos of flowers online. Please email me a photo of your masterpiece!
Don’t forget, I’m here if you need me
