Good morning Year 2 - happy Fri-yay!
PE with Joe, or this mindfulness yoga.
Maths: BBC maths challenge! Remember the questions get harder the further along you go, so try your best but don’t be disheartened if you start to struggle.
I have access to Big Maths work now – if you would like some PowerPoint presentations for your CLIC and Learnit levels then please email me and I’ll get those sent out. It’ll mean you’ll be able to practise your Big Maths skills finally, yay!
The Wolf would like to say sorry to Granny for what he did to her in the Little Red Riding Hood story, can you write a letter to Granny from the Wolf? If he’s apologising, you might want to write about what he’s sorry for. What did he do to Granny that was bad?
Let’s have a crafty hour! I haven’t tried origami in a long time, and I love the idea of us all having one of these. I’ve linked a few below, including a bird, a frog and a lion. Chose your favourite from these and see if you can make it!
PSHE: Bubbles of gratitude
Since at school we are now in our own little bubbles, I thought it would be a nice idea for you guys at home to complete this activity. When you colour in each bubble, I want you to think of something that you are grateful for. It can be anything, big or small. This will hopefully make you feel calm and happy.
That's all from me, have a great weekend and I'll see you on Monday.
