It’s (officially) the last day of term! We made it! It might be different to how we thought it would be, but we have got there. Give yourselves a round of applause – you can choose what clap you give yourself! I’m going to give myself a marshmallow clap. I’ve learnt a lot this week but one thing is for certain; I’m very proud of our little team and of course I’m missing seeing your faces every day but I know we can get through this because YOU are AWESOME!
Parents – login details have been posted to you if I haven’t already spoken to you by email or on the phone. It would be great if you could check in with me once a week just so I can see how you are all getting on and if you need anything. firstname.lastname@example.org
It’s PE time again!
Did you like the multiples game? Let me know over the blog. For today, how about we make something? Help your parents make something – especially with the measuring of ingredients. I told you maths was everywhere!
For children on Lexia, please get your weekly usage of 1 hour in before the end of the week.
David Walliams will be reading live at 11am over on his website.
You can always read any other book you wish for pleasure. You can also take a quiz over on Accelerated Reader if a quiz is available. Details on how to access this is on the class page section of this website, alternatively you can email me and I can help you.
Choose 10 words from the year 2 Common Exception Words below and write these out for me in your neatest handwriting! You could take a photo and email it to me if you like. You all have super neat handwriting – show your parents just how neat!
Let’s try something different today and do some yoga. We do a little bit of this in class so you might know some of the poses.
That’s all for now folks until the end of the Easter holidays. Take care and I’ll speak to you soon – Tuesday 14th April in fact.
